Encounter others cheetahs, hippos, elephants and giraffes in the wild and in sanctuaries where you can reach out and touch them. Our adventure begins and ends in Kenya's capital, Nairobi, visiting animal sanctuaries, the historic

Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and shopping for exotic arts and crafts. Then it's a short flight to the Maasai Mara Reserve, where the wild things are, to witness the Great Migration, by car or hot air balloon.

We stop in the multicultural city of Mombasa for some glorious rest and relaxation at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa. Indulge in a massage, take a dance class in African rhythms, visit workshops of acclaimed artisans, or snorkel in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.
